Feet to the Fire Commitments

​Listed below are each agency's commitments from the Spring 2025 Meeting.

A and H Insurance

  1. Producer profit and loss.

  2. Cost to have the doors open.

 

Conrade Insurance Group

  1. Review profit by producer with each producer, and calculate hit ratios and CSR activity levels vs median activity.

  2. Build Epic Dashboards.

  3. Investigate Epic purge of old data.

  4. Complete a deep dive on AI tools and capabilities.

 

Farris Agency

  1. Revisit Indio.

  2. Review our CL Department workload – do we need to hire a 3rd party solution for Back Office Support OR hire another CL Acct Mgr? 

  3. Get with Chris on putting together more specific cost accounting breakdown for the agency and our producers.

 

SentryWest Insurance Services

  1. Complete PEP with Chris.

  2. Build out custom dashboard within Applied Epic (then share with the group at the Fall Meeting).

  3. Look into RPost again to see how it has improved from 5 years ago.

  4. Build a schedule for a monthly coverage lunch-and-learn starting with the classes Chris offers.

 

Taylor Insurance Agency

  1. Have Tracy work with our Personal Lines staff to help them work through client challenges.

  2. Investigate Indio and implementing if we feel it’s beneficial.

 

TSL Insurance Group

  1. Engage with Pocketbook to perform a Tech Stack review for costs and review for clarity of vendors.

  2. Review Producer Compensation Model.

  3. Move building owned by agency out of agency assets – sell it to owners or sell to investor?
