Jenny Lavey is Co-Founder of RiseHR, a boutique HR consulting firm based in Colorado that partners with small and mid-sized businesses to deliver no-nonsense HR strategy, leadership development, and real-world support for managers.

 

With 25+ years of HR experience spanning healthcare, technology, consumer goods, and nonprofits, including leadership roles at Stryker, Children's Hospital Colorado, and Crocs, Jenny has led change management, employee relations, performance management, and talent strategy at both the individual and organizational level.

 

She is SPHR-certified and trained in several coaching and leadership methodologies, including Gallup CliftonStrengths, TED*/3VQ, Co-Active Coaching, and Dare to Lead. She believes HR should be strategic, human, and above all useful, and she brings that same practical, people-first approach to every audience she speaks to.
